CJ Keyser is back with the thunder dunk

CJ Keyser is back with the thunder dunk

When CJ Keyser arrived on campus this summer to start his collegiate journey, he had some pain in his right foot. Shortly thereafter, he was diagnosed with a stress injury to two bones in his right foot. An injury that incoming players are seeing more and more of. Of note, Ron Baker and Landry Shamet both had stress injuries that sidelined them early in their careers.

CJ’s injury was not serious enough to need surgery, but he did require a boot and crutches for six weeks. Although his injury sidelined him for the Shockers’ Canadian trip, it will not sideline him for the regular season. The question remains, how’s he recovering? Well…. let’s just watch this video that CJ posted to his Twitter account last week, and let you decide.

As Mr. Keyser said in his tweet, “He’s back.” He’ll be kissing the goal again in no time.
